No Kneading, No Eggs, No Butter! So Soft & Delicious!
This homemade sandwich bread is incredibly soft, fluffy, and perfect for everyday use. It’s made without kneading, eggs, or butter — yet it turns out golden-brown on the outside and tender inside. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just enjoying warm with jam!
🛒 INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1¼ cups (300ml) warm water
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)

- Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. - Add Wet Ingredients
Pour in warm water and oil. Mix with a spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms. No kneading required! - First Rise
Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. - Shape the Dough
Lightly flour your surface. Gently transfer the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place into a greased loaf pan. - Second Rise
Cover again and let it rise for 30–40 minutes, until puffy. - Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown on top. - Cool
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
💡 TIPS FOR PERFECT BREAD
✔ Use warm water (not hot) to activate the yeast.
✔ For extra softness, brush the top with a little milk after baking.
✔ Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh for 3–4 days.
✔ You can replace half the flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier version.
✔ Add sesame seeds or oats on top for a bakery-style look!
