Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 25 grams white unflavored jelly powder
- 835 grams fruit cocktail (or any fresh fruits of your choice)
- 250 ml all-purpose cream or heavy cream
- 300 ml condensed milk
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, pour in the water and add the sugar. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the unflavored jelly powder and mix continuously until completely dissolved.
- Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a shallow container. Let it cool, then refrigerate until fully set.
- Once firm, cut the jelly into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the fruit cocktail (drained) with the jelly cubes.
- Add the all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
- Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy this refreshing summer treat.

- You can use fresh fruits like mango, strawberry, kiwi, grapes, or apple for extra freshness.
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with fresh milk or evaporated milk.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk according to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a few drops of vanilla extract.
- Always chill well before serving for the best taste and texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
