INGREDIENTS
- 500g Cod fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and pat dry the cod pieces with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add cod pieces to the bowl and gently toss until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the cod bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
TIPS
- Do not overcrowd the basket for crispy results.
- Use fresh cod for best flavor, but frozen works too (fully thaw first).
- Add chili flakes if you like spicy food.
- Serve with rice, salad, or garlic bread.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle light breadcrumbs before air frying.
