Ingredients
- 2 medium fresh beetroots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple (green or red), cored and chopped
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup water (or as needed for blending)
- Optional: a handful of spinach or parsley for added benefits
Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the beets, carrot, apple, and ginger into small chunks.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Add the lemon juice and water.
- Blend until smooth. You may add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother drink, or enjoy it as is for more fiber.
- Drink this powerful detox juice once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
