Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (or 4 boneless thighs)
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the chicken in the dish in a single layer.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden on top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
