Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (or 4 boneless thighs)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken in the dish in a single layer.
  4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each piece of chicken.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden on top.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
