I Always Make It for Dinner! Only 3 Ingredients


Ingredients

  • 1 pack lasagna noodles or cannelloni (pre-cooked or oven-ready)
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or a cheese blend)

Optional toppings (not counted in the 3 main ingredients):

  • Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
  • Additional shredded cheese for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs if desired.
  2. Mix with Cheese:
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese until well combined and slightly melted.
  3. Prepare the Noodles or Cannelloni:
    • If using lasagna noodles, boil them according to the package directions until soft. Drain and cool slightly.
    • If using oven-ready cannelloni, no need to pre-cook.
  4. Fill and Roll or Stuff:
    • For lasagna noodles, place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture on each noodle and roll it up.
    • For cannelloni, stuff each tube with the beef-cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Arrange and Top:
    Place the filled noodles or cannelloni in a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheese over the top and add herbs if desired.
  6. Bake:
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Tip: You can serve it with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete healthy meal!
