How to Use Baking Soda to Remove Spots, Wrinkles, and Dark Circles from the Face

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or honey for sensitive skin)
  • A few drops of water (if needed)
  • Optional: 1 drop of vitamin E oil or aloe vera gel

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Paste:
In a small bowl, mix baking soda and coconut oil (or honey) until a smooth paste forms. If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water to adjust the consistency.
  2. Clean Your Face:
Wash your face with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oil.
  3. Apply the Mixture:
Using clean fingers, gently apply the paste to areas with dark spots, wrinkles, or dark circles. Avoid getting the paste too close to your eyes.
  4. Massage Gently:
Massage in circular motions for about 1–2 minutes to improve blood circulation and exfoliate dead skin cells.
  5. Let It Sit:
Leave the mixture on your skin for 5–10 minutes. If you have sensitive skin, start with 5 minutes to avoid irritation.
  6. Rinse Off:
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.
  7. Moisturize:
Apply a gentle moisturizer or a few drops of aloe vera gel to soothe the skin.

Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
Note: Always do a patch test before using any new skincare ingredient. Baking soda is alkaline and can be drying if overused.
