How to Make Onion Hair Oil for Faster Hair Growth and Stop Hair Fall

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium-sized red onions
  • 4–5 tablespoons coconut oil (or castor oil/olive oil as alternatives)
  • 1 tablespoon black seeds (kalonji) – optional
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) – optional
  • A few curry leaves – optional (for extra nourishment)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and Chop Onions:
Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Blend or Extract Juice:
Add chopped onions to a blender. Blend well and strain the juice using a cheesecloth or fine strainer.
  3. Heat the Oil:
In a pan, heat the coconut oil on low flame. Add fenugreek seeds, black seeds, and curry leaves if using. Let them sizzle for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add Onion Juice:
Turn off the heat and let the oil cool slightly. Then add the onion juice to the oil and mix well.
  5. Store the Oil:
Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle or jar. Shake well before every use.
  6. Application:
Apply the oil to your scalp and massage for 5–10 minutes. Leave it on for at least 1 hour or overnight, then wash with a mild shampoo.

USE:
Apply 2–3 times a week for best results. Regular use can promote hair growth, reduce hair fall, and strengthen hair from the roots.
