Ingredients
- 1 cup honey (preferably raw or organic)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 medium onion (finely grated or juiced)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed or grated)

Instructions
- In a clean glass jar or bowl, add the grated onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.
- Add honey and stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the mixture with a lid and let it sit for about 6–8 hours (or overnight) at room temperature to allow all the flavors to blend.
- Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
