Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for extra flavor)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare Brussels Sprouts:
Rinse, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts. Pat dry for better roasting. - Toss with Oil and Seasoning:
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. - Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Spread the Brussels sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet. Scatter chopped bacon pieces evenly over them. - Roast:
Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and the bacon is crispy. - Glaze:
Drizzle honey (and balsamic vinegar if using) over the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon. Toss gently to coat. - Serve:
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm!
