- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups grapes (red or green), halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, oranges, and banana.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds (if using).
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
