Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn, shucked
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Prep the Corn:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill preheats, husk and silk the corn.
- Grill the Corn:
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Make the Honey Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Serve:
- Remove the grilled corn from the grill.
- Brush the corn generously with the honey butter.
- Serve immediately.
