Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn kernels)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the honey and stir until fully combined.
- Stir in the corn and cook for about 5–7 minutes, until heated through.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
