Ingredients:
- Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, or basil)

Instructions:
