Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for layering)
  • 3/4 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped if large)
  • Optional: chocolate chips or crushed cookies for extra texture

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the Base:
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold this into the whipped cream until fully blended.
  3. Layer with Goodies:
Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Drizzle with hot fudge and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Repeat Layers:
Add the remaining ice cream base, then drizzle more hot fudge and top with more peanut butter cups. Use a knife to gently swirl the fudge into the mixture.
  5. Freeze:
Cover the pan tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
Scoop and serve this rich, creamy, chocolatey dream—no ice cream maker needed!
