Instructions
- Whip the Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. - Mix the Base:
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold this into the whipped cream until fully blended. - Layer with Goodies:
Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Drizzle with hot fudge and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups. - Repeat Layers:
