Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, gently fold the vanilla extract into the sweetened condensed milk.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Use a spatula and do it gently to maintain the airiness.
- If desired, fold in your favorite mix-ins (e.g., chocolate chips, fruit, cookie crumbles).
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Scoop and enjoy! Let it sit at room temp for a few minutes if too hard to scoop.
