Ingredients
- 1 box of Ritz crackers (or Ritz Bits if you prefer mini sandwiches)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat evenly.
- If you’d like, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the crackers and toss again to coat.
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they are golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm or store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
Enjoy your easy, buttery, garlicky snack!
