Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rice (any type, preferably white rice)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra glow)
- 1 tbsp milk or aloe vera gel (optional, for moisture)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice once and soak it in 1 cup of water for about 30 minutes.
- Boil the soaked rice with the same water until soft.
- Strain the rice, keeping the rice water aside (don’t throw it away – it’s great as a toner).
- Mash the boiled rice into a smooth paste.
- Add honey and milk (or aloe vera gel) to the rice paste and mix well.
- Apply this face pack evenly on clean skin.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water, then splash with the cooled rice water for an extra glow.
