INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1–2 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavor of choice)
Optional Add-ins: chocolate chips, fruit puree, cookie chunks, caramel swirl, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3–5 minutes.
Step 2: Mix and Fold
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the mixture—fold just until combined. If using any mix-ins, add them now.
Step 3: Freeze
Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
✅ Tips:
- For chocolate ice cream, mix 1/4 cup cocoa powder with the condensed milk.
- Want fruit flavor? Puree 1 cup of your favorite fruit and swirl it in before freezing.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before scooping for best texture.
Enjoy your super creamy homemade ice cream—no machine needed!
