Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, then top with grated parmesan.
- Use a pizza cutter to lightly score the dough into breadstick strips (this makes it easier to pull apart after baking).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut fully along the scored lines.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping!
