DESCRIPTION
A simple herbal wellness drink often used to support metabolism and general blood sugar balance.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (or small cinnamon stick)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, skip if managing blood sugar strictly)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
- In the morning, boil or warm the water lightly.
- Add cinnamon and soaked fenugreek seeds (or strain if preferred).
- Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach.
