DESCRIPTION

A simple herbal wellness drink often used to support metabolism and general blood sugar balance.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (or small cinnamon stick)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, skip if managing blood sugar strictly)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
  2. In the morning, boil or warm the water lightly.
  3. Add cinnamon and soaked fenugreek seeds (or strain if preferred).
  4. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
  6. Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach.
