Healthy Oatmeal Recipe for Quick Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk (or water) and a pinch of salt to a boil.
  2. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
  4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with banana slices, berries, and chopped nuts.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy, weight-loss-friendly breakfast!
