Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans or macadamia nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Cream Cheese & Milk:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until fully combined and creamy. - Add Pineapple:
Fold in the drained crushed pineapple until well mixed. - Add Coconut & Marshmallows:
Stir in the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows. - Fold in Whipped Topping:
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. - Optional Add-Ins:
If using, fold in chopped pecans or macadamia nuts for a crunchy bite. - Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set. - Serve:
Scoop into bowls and top with maraschino cherries or a sprinkle of extra coconut before serving.
