- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained if canned)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the dry cheesecake pudding mix and continue beating until well combined.
- Slowly mix in the milk and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy. (Add honey/sugar here if you prefer extra sweetness.)
- Gently fold in the bananas, strawberries, oranges, and kiwi slices.
- If using, stir in mini marshmallows for added texture and sweetness.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve cold and enjoy this tropical, creamy fruit salad!
