Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 4 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prep the Filling:
- Lay out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Top with the ham slices, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
- If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the cheese.
- Cut and Roll:
- Cut the puff pastry lengthwise into 8 long strips.
