- Warm it up: Slightly warm the mixture (use the microwave for 10–15 seconds or warm in a pan) to activate the nutrients—make sure it’s not too hot!
- Apply to scalp: Massage the mixture gently into your scalp using your fingertips for about 5–10 minutes.
- Let it sit: Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour for deep nourishment.
- Rinse: Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
