Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel (from the leaf or store-bought pure gel)
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon castor oil (optional, for extra growth)
- Few drops of rosemary or lavender essential oil (optional, for fragrance and scalp health)
Instructions
- In a clean bowl, combine the aloe vera gel, coconut oil, and castor oil. Mix until you get a smooth paste.
- If using essential oil, add a few drops and mix again.
- Apply this mixture directly to your scalp and hair roots, massaging gently with your fingertips for 3–5 minutes to stimulate blood circulation.
- Leave it on for at least 30–45 minutes (or overnight for deep treatment).
- Rinse off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.
- Repeat 2–3 times a week for best results — hair feels softer, breaks less, and appears fuller over time.
