Ingredients
- 2 pounds king crab legs (or snow crab legs)
- ¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F / 190–200°C).
- If your crab legs are frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or run them under cool water.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Brush the crab legs generously with the mixture, making sure to coat them well.
- Place the crab legs directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until heated through and lightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and extra melted butter for dipping.
