Grilled Crab Legs Recipe (Easy and Flavorful)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds king crab legs (or snow crab legs)
  • ¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F / 190–200°C).
  2. If your crab legs are frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or run them under cool water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the crab legs generously with the mixture, making sure to coat them well.
  5. Place the crab legs directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and grill for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until heated through and lightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges and extra melted butter for dipping.
