  • 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Wings:
    • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, chili powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
    • Toss to coat the wings evenly in the marinade.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
