- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (for brightness)

Instructions
- Prepare the Wings:
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne (if using), and lemon juice or vinegar. Make sure they’re well coated.
- Marinate (Optional but Recommended):
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat Grill:
- Heat grill to medium-high heat (around 375–400°F or 190–200°C).
- Oil the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Wings:
- Place wings on the grill in a single layer.
- Grill for 20–25 minutes, turning every 5–7 minutes to ensure even cooking and crispy skin.
- Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve:
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce—ranch, blue cheese, or spicy buffalo!
