For the Grilled Chicken Drumsticks:
- 8 chicken drumsticks

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).
- Grill the Chicken: Remove the drumsticks from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place them on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For a nice char, you can move them closer to the heat for the last few minutes.
- Prepare the Salad: While the chicken is grilling, wash and prepare the salad ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- Serve: Once the chicken is grilled to perfection, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the drumsticks alongside the fresh salad for a delicious and healthy meal. Enjoy!
