Instructions
1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken:
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional seasonings.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
