Grilled Cheesy Beef Wraps recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup salsa or hot sauce (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add Flavor:
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Cook until softened (about 2–3 minutes). Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
  3. Assemble Wraps:
Lay tortillas flat. Spoon the beef mixture onto the center of each one. Top with shredded cheese. Add sour cream or salsa if using.
  4. Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly like a burrito.
  5. Grill:
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray or melt a little butter. Place wraps seam-side down and grill 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with extra salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dip.
