Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup salsa or hot sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. - Add Flavor:
Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Cook until softened (about 2–3 minutes). Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat. - Assemble Wraps:
Lay tortillas flat. Spoon the beef mixture onto the center of each one. Top with shredded cheese. Add sour cream or salsa if using. - Wrap It Up:
Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly like a burrito. - Grill:
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray or melt a little butter. Place wraps seam-side down and grill 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. - Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with extra salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dip.
