Grilled Cheese Sandwiches recipe

INGREDENT

  • 4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Butter the bread: Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Assemble the sandwich: Place 2 slices of cheese between two slices of bread, keeping the buttered sides on the outside. Repeat for the second sandwich.
  3. Grill: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan, buttered side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook: Flip the sandwiches and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Serve: Slice in half and serve warm with soup, salad, or enjoy on its own!
