- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite)
Instructions
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula.
- Flip and cook the other side until the bread is crispy and the cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
