Ingredients
- 1 medium piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), peeled and grated
- 1 small onion, finely grated or juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2–3 tablespoons raw honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely using a microplane or fine grater.
- Peel and grate the onion. If you prefer, you can blend and strain it to get the juice only.
- Peel and finely grate or mince the garlic cloves.
- In a small clean bowl, combine the grated ginger, onion, and garlic.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Add the raw honey and mix well until you have a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a clean, airtight glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
✅ Tip: Stir the mixture before each use. If it’s too strong for your taste, you can mix it with warm water or tea.
