Grandma’s Immune-Boosting Natural Remedy with Lemon, Ginger, and Aloe Vera

INGREDENT

  • 1 large aloe vera leaf (or 1/2 cup aloe vera gel, fresh)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, for taste)
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Carefully cut the aloe vera leaf and scoop out the clear gel. Rinse well to remove any yellow sap (aloin), which can be bitter.
