Golden Chicken Recipe

A flavorful, golden-hued chicken dish that’s both crispy and tender, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
