Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons of dried Ginkgo Biloba leaves (or 1 Ginkgo Biloba tea bag)
- 1 cup of hot water
- Honey (optional, to taste)
- Lemon slice (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare the tea: Boil a cup of water and pour it into a teapot or cup.
- Add the Ginkgo Biloba: Place the dried Ginkgo Biloba leaves into the cup or tea infuser. If using a tea bag, just place it in the cup.
- Steep: Let the leaves steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer the tea.
- Strain (if using loose leaves): After steeping, strain the leaves out of the tea.
- Add flavor (optional): If desired, add a spoonful of honey or a slice of lemon for extra flavor.
- Serve: Stir the tea and enjoy it while it’s warm.
Note: Ginkgo Biloba is known for supporting blood circulation and may help improve cognitive function and memory. Drink this tea regularly for potential benefits. However, it’s always recommended to consult with a healthcare provider, especially if you’re on medication or have any medical conditions.
