Ingredients
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- 1 tablespoon honey (raw, if possible)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
- Optional: a few drops of vitamin E oil
Instructions
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- Squeeze the grated ginger through a clean cloth or strainer to extract the juice.
- In a small bowl, mix the ginger juice with honey and olive oil (or coconut oil). Add vitamin E oil if using.
- Apply the mixture gently to clean skin, focusing on areas with fine lines or deep wrinkles.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
- For best results, repeat 2–3 times a week.
