INGREDIENTS
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), grated
- 1 tsp honey (preferably raw)
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel (fresh or 100% pure)
- ½ tsp vitamin E oil (optional, but great for skin)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate the ginger finely and extract the juice using a cheesecloth or strainer.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of the ginger juice with honey and aloe vera gel.
- Add vitamin E oil if using and stir until fully blended.
- Apply the mixture to clean skin, focusing on areas with fine lines and wrinkles.
- Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
- Pat dry and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
