INGREDENT
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (fresh or pure)
- Optional: a few drops of vitamin E oil for extra nourishment
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, and aloe vera gel.
- Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, consistent paste.
- Clean your face with warm water and pat dry.
- Apply the ginger mixture evenly over areas with wrinkles, freckles, or dark spots.
- Gently massage the mixture into your skin using circular motions for 2–3 minutes.
- Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
- For best results, apply 2–3 times a week in the evening.
Note:
- Ginger improves blood circulation, boosts collagen production, and fades hyperpigmentation.
- Always do a patch test first to ensure no irritation.
- Avoid sun exposure right after applying due to the lemon juice.
