- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (for added anti-inflammatory benefits)
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix the grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, and yogurt until you get a smooth paste.
- (Optional) Add turmeric powder and stir well if you’re using it.
- Cleanse your face thoroughly and pat dry.
- Apply the mixture evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes. You may feel a slight tingling sensation—that’s normal.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and gently pat your skin dry.
- For best results, use this mask 2–3 times per week.
