INGREDIENTS
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger root (about 1 inch), grated
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought, 100% pure)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon olive oil or jojoba oil (for added moisture, especially for dry skin)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Ginger
Grate the fresh ginger and place it in a small bowl. - Mix the Ingredients
Add honey, lemon juice, aloe vera gel, and optional oil. Mix everything well until a smooth, paste-like consistency forms. - Apply to Clean Skin
Wash your face with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Pat dry. Apply the mixture evenly to your face or affected areas. - Let It Sit
Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes. You may feel a slight tingling due to the ginger—this is normal. - Rinse Off
Use lukewarm water to rinse your face. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel. - Moisturize
Follow up with your regular moisturizer.
USE:
- Apply 2–3 times per week for best results.
- Always do a patch test before first use to check for sensitivity.
- Avoid sun exposure immediately after use due to lemon juice, which can make skin photosensitive.
