- Burger-style buns (or use large round flatbread or pizza dough for the base if preferred)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the meat “crust”:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Press the seasoned beef into a large, flat circle on the prepared baking sheet, about ½ inch thick and the size of a pizza. - Bake the beef crust:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove excess grease if needed. - Add pizza toppings:
Spread pizza sauce over the cooked beef crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Add bacon bits, red onion, tomato slices, and pickles (if using). - Bake again:
Return to the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Finish it off:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Top with shredded lettuce and serve like pizza slices!
