- 4 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the coating:
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Coat the lamb chops:
- Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub the minced garlic onto both sides of each chop.
- Dredge each chop in the Parmesan-flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Cook the lamb chops:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the coated lamb chops.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the outside is golden brown and the chops are cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
- Rest and serve:
- Remove the chops from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
