These cheesy, garlicky bombs are the perfect party appetizer or game-day snack. They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, or until cheese is melted and combined.
- Separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hand.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
