Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

These cheesy, garlicky bombs are the perfect party appetizer or game-day snack. They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef  
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits  

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.  
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, or until cheese is melted and combined.
  4. Separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hand.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
