INGREDENT
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and let melt slightly. Remove from heat.
- Prepare biscuits: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill & seal: Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Garlic butter topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each bomb generously.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
