Ingredients
- 1 bulb of garlic (about 8–10 cloves), peeled and finely minced or crushed
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
- ½ cup raw honey (preferably organic)
Instructions
- In a clean bowl or small glass jar, combine the crushed garlic and grated ginger.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour in the honey and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Cover the jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
- Let it sit for at least 8–12 hours before using, preferably overnight, to let the flavors infuse.
- Take 1 teaspoon daily in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
