Instructions
- Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
- Peel and grate fresh ginger.
- In a small clean jar or bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon juice.
- Add the raw honey and stir well until fully mixed.
- Store in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Take one teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
